How to Ask a Question or Suggest a Topic

Whenever you have something you’d like to know about using the computer, ask us.  If you have a topic you’d like an article and video on, tell us.

• You can submit your request easily with the “Ask A Question” button.  This is found at the top of the ARTICLES page and the SEARCH page.

• We are committed to responding to you as quickly as humanly possible.  We always try to address your issue to your satisfaction.

Sometimes we even call you to get clarification or explain the answer in more detail.
